What are your candles made of?
Click here to learn about our "Ingredients Transparency." Our candles are made with a pure coconut soy wax blend and lead-free cotton wick for a cleaner burn. We use a mix of high quality fragrance and essential oils to craft our unique, memorable scents. Made in small batches in our Tampa Bay, FL studio, each one of our candles are poured by hand.
How do I best care for my Daybreak candle?
Always trim your wick before burning. For our 10oz candles, make sure to burn for a minimum of 1 hour to allow for an even burn pool (liquified wax from edge to edge). This makes sure your candle doesn’t tunnel.
How do I burn my candle safely?
Never burn your candle in an unattended space. Keep your candle from burning near fabrics, walls, or surfaces that could easily catch on fire or become damaged by the flame. When your candle is burning, keep it still - don’t move it around. When there’s only half an inch left of your wax, stop burning.
Can my vessel be reused?

Where can I buy/smell candles in person?
We are an online store at the moment but are aiming to grow our list of stockists soon! Join our email list for news of our upcoming wholesalers.
Do you wholesale your candles?
Eventually, yes! If you’re interested in being among the first to stock Daybreak candles, please email us at hello@homebydaybreak.com.
ORDERS
Can I make a change to my order after checking out?
We will do our best to work with you if you need to make an update to your order! Please contact us at hello@homebydaybreak.com with your question. Please note, if your order has already shipping, we most likely cannot accommodate changes.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes! If you’re like to make a large order, please contact us at hello@homebydaybreak.com and include “Daybreak Bulk Order Request” in the subject line.
Can I add a personal note if my order is a gift?
Sure! We’d love to add something special to a gifted order. Please contact us before placing your order with your personalized note and we can add a sweet handwritten card to your package.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Dang it! We’re sorry about that. Even though we do our best to prevent damage in transit, we know that sometimes these things just happen. If your candle has been damaged in transit, please email us at hello@homebydaybreak.com with your order number and a picture of your package + candle, and we’ll make sure to send you a replacement!
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from your purchase. We’re a small candle studio making these items by hand, so we appreciate your patience!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we sure hope to in the future!
What should I do if my package is lost, damaged or stolen?
Please reach out via our contact page or email us at hello@homebydaybreak.com and we will do our best to help!
TRACKING
How do I track my package?
You’ll receive your tracking information after your order has been picked up and processed by our passage carrier. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email where you can click the link to follow your candle’s journey. If you don’t receive this information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@homebydaybreak.com and we can help get to the bottom of this!
